My advice would be to research materials and figure out what would work best for your situation. I've never made anything in that vein, so I couldn't say.

One little tip though! when it comes to the lower jaw, make it kind of gradually sloe onto the neck instead of having a hard 90 degree angle there it'd make the look much better c:
