Ken and Ryu and Akuma and such don't use wraps, they use padded handguards! Like a thick fingerless glove with a padded top.

Damn, i couldn't see it very well. See, I THOUGHT they were fingerless gloves, and had them drawn that way at first. Then was like "Hmm... You know. I think maybe they are wraps, that makes sense, yeah... And the picture I'm using here, well I can't tell... Looks sort of like wraps..."
So I changed them to wraps. Damn it all, I should of just went with my first choice.
This is the challenge of drawing things with which I am unfamiliar. >.<
