Well, in the books i have ist he B-Wing discribed to be carrying the weapon-strengh of a Corvette.
And yes, 3 of them are a massive threat to a Stardestroyer, imagine them just flying in the Capitol Ships direction and firing their entire load of Proton Torpedos at the Ship
