The society today seems to demand you to show only the best sides of yourself. I've been troubled by this for quite some time now.
People seem to only pretend to be something and showing only their strong side to the world, even distorting their accomplishments to make themselves look good in the eyes of their peers. Wether it's applying for a job, talking to an acquintance or a friend or just chatting to a stranger, everyone speaks as if they are the top cats of their trade.
It hit me years ago, like a log in the head, when I used to try 'n fit in like everyone, back in the days I don't like to remember. What does it matter if you manage to make someone think you're better than you really are? You still know your own limits and by fooling someone to give you credit for being something you're not, you're only deceiving yourself. The only thing that matters is what you know you can do and what you know you're really good at.

It's noooot difficult! Just takes a tiny bit of time and playing around to get the hang of. Like, four to five years and quite an amount of beer to get some decent ones as it was for me And now it seems I need to change to a newer fractal editor and begin the whole process all over again. My old trusty Fractal Explorer just doesn't compare to the new'n'fancy fractal editors in it's level of output and detail.
The video was kind of an experiment, never done any video editing and wanted to give it a try. I think I'll do another one next weekend; I wasn't quite happy with the video-quality and the fractal was only medicore at best. I'll see if I can cook up something original and nice to play in the background as well, instead of just throwing in a random good song on my playlist.
So much to do, so little time, haven't even had time to visit home for couple of weeks. Lots of stuff'n'hassle going on as the end draws near. My year of service is almost over. Only 48 days 'till I get out of the army. 48 awfully long and slow days until I can do whatever I want.
