The little pile of his left paw next to him while the right melts fantastically. His expression is really good and his tail on top of the box is a detail I would have never thought of, but really really like. Also, cute melting bubble next to him I'm honestly tempted to try and add color to this myself and submit it , but I know if I were to do that it would become my top submission because the lines are so good x3 Plus, how could I do it justice? I got lots of practicing to do to keep up with you ;3 Eh, whether I try coloring it or not, thank you so much for this, it's amazing :D

That's strange, most art programs should be able to handle PNG files. What program are you using?

And regarding how it started...hmm, I like to think that he was either part of some liquid-shifting experiment gone awry, or it just a really sunny day out. ^_^ I just hope he doesn't go down the drain again!

It's Art Rage.... Yeahhhh a lot of people have told me not to use it but it came with the tablet and I'm used to it. I try to be minimalist and download as few programs as possible because this little laptop is all I have... I think I have a trick though, I figure little things out as I use it more and more...

And yes hopefully there are no drains this time... he seems to be inside... I wonder if somebody messed with the thermostat...

A wonderful melting image. The speech bubble is a brilliant detail. It seems he didn't expect that to happen. He looks so gooey that it makes me think of melting ice on a hot summer day. :3

Thanks, I'm glad you like it! The speech bubble was a last minute addition that I'm very happy about. And he does seem pretty surprised. Maybe he went out and didn't expect it to be very hot that day. Hopefully there isn't a drain nearby for him to slip though. X3

A drain might be quite unfortunate, but it could be worse. Someone with a big ice-cream cone could pass by.

There is a german saying that might fit here. "Dahinschmelzen wie Butter in der Sonne". The meaning is the same of "disappear in a flash", but the direct translation would be "to melt like butter in the sun".

He kinda looks like some monster that emerged from the sewer, paint him all green then he'd look the part =p
