Well... I can't comment too much on the character itself, since I've already said all I could say about that.
Aside from that... I think the only thing that I notice is the shading on the horn. It seems like the light is coming from the right, when looking at all the other shading. But her horn doesn't show this at all in its shading. It makes it look like the light source is right behind the horn.

yup yup, I see whatcha mean there! I just did it that way to make the horn look more dimensional, Ive seen some pony artists shade the horn that way and I was trying to adapt it here. Cylindrical things handle light a differently. But maybe I could have had the shadow more to the left to than centered so it wouldn't throw off the light source.
