This is a weapon design for the direaxe (or double axe) known as Skyforge, Leeto's personal weapon.
I wanted to play around with some ideas for an axe which evolved into a direaxe design, as well as to steer away from the 'traditional' axe design, so I came up with the circular blade design.
This is the 'fourth' evolution for the weapon, so there are others before this, influenced by Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors.

I was thinking about that, and I think it would be a hefty weapon. The guan dao is a heavy weapon itself, being around 50 pounds I believe, and axes and halberds can get to around the weight, so the direaxe would be pretty heavy. But since this is fantasy, for the Skyforge I think it may be heavy but keeping it a lighter alloy, so if I would hazard a guess I would say 50 pounds on the low end.
