I'd say it turned out quite nicely.
Looks like you were going for a more traditional art direction with this piece; where the green motion blur worked well, it seemed the rainbow tips seem just a tad too clean. I only say this in the way of how blurring tends to happen on a paper format.
Only other detail to mention is how clean the CM came out.
