The name given to the thunder beasts of Japan, but in this sense the name just so happens to belong to the last surviving member of the Jōnetsu clan.

With the rest of her clan gone she had to make a name for herself and decided the title of Thunder Beast was more than fitting. Using her wiles and keen abilities she made a name for herself quickly in the underground for her ability to take out targets with little effort and god-like speed.

This kunoichi employs the most effective of all a female ninja's abilities.. seduction. Researching her target for weeks on end before hand helps her cater to their personal tastes before carrying out her contract on their life.
