A lot of time goes into cleaning up in flash. Flash has been my preferred medium for a very long time, and I get a lot of "HUH!?"s from that. But its a simple application that delivers power.... It just.... takes a lot of cleaning up. You can see from the outline here that I haven't completely polished the kid off yet, I've worked on the face, the sleeves and the gloves (and the boots below that you can't see in this screen cap) but the vest and pants remain derpy because I don't know what to really do with them yet. I like the absence of shading, going instead for arced lines. :/ Next one should be the finished picture of him, then we move on to the other characters. Hurrrrgh.
