This is my first set of faun legs, I made myself around March 2013. I had to hand sew the whole thing. I also made the horns, though I'm working on perfecting those.

The horns I sculpted out of papermache after making a duct-tape form off of a ram skull w/horns I own. Then came shaping them up more and more with papermache. The final touches on that were just paint and spray paint to seal them up. They came out too shiny for my taste, but I'm working on adjusting that.
The hooves I did from using this tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdYCDHK6WJI) but made sure the car bondo was very thick, as the first round completely chipped and I had to do my hooves over. With a thicker layer of bondo, they're a lot more sturdy.
