LOVED this suit. I found it very beautiful. A lot of love and care went into it. I don't know who this is, though assuming the character's name is Petrichor.
I've now found out this was

Petrichor is male, but the owner/wearer is female!

most of the plant parts are faux flowers and leaves. :3 the few on the top of his muzzle (maw?) are real though. so please dont touch if you see me! XD
also the grass beneath the chin, the small horn between the eyes and the tips of the large horns are covered with wood mulch. :3

And TFF was my very first fur con. :DD it was a blast! I went to AnimeFest with my cousin in September though. And then to Ausin Comicon in December. :P those are the only other ones I've been to.
