Heehee, yeah - I was playing with the Modular Brushset v4 recently (for Krita 2.8, or the 2.8 beta version which is in the Windows installers) - loads of new presets, including watercolours and some nice foliage effects - really helped me cheat a tree in a recent pic http://hoardingshinies.com/images/a.....ene_scaled.png ;)
Maybe
eozarth might be able to give some advice or tips?
They made a couple of nice pieces using Krita, might be a different style or effect than you're after though? :)

I do love the brushes Krita comes with, and the engine seems pretty powerful to create new ones.
Did you find Krita via the Steam Greenlight/tumblr discussions? Windows or Linux user? :)

Cool, well I've got a "Krita Creators" group on Steam, trying to run some art challenges (really just for inspiration a bit of fun), and there's #KritaCritters on Furnet :)
Now we've been Greenlit, it might be easier for us to post tutorials and guides (or for others to post stuff there) too, so looking forward to see what people come up with
