Been working my ass off at yoga, and my heels touched the floor and stayed there in down dog for the first time yesterday.

I got so excited I promptly fell over.

haha I miss doing yoga lessons. I am a little overweight but I was able to keep up with the instructor in everything except for hte hand and head stands.

I hear this a lot. I've done Crossfit, TRX, P90X, all kinds of bodyweight / weightlifting exercises - and yoga just gets you in a different way, doesn't it?

That is awesome I have been wanting to try yoga for a while. I think I have to take it or something dilar for my degree so that is a good way to make me start it.

Yay how exciting! I took Tae Kwon Do for my PE requirement in college and I reeeeally wish I'd taken yoga instead, though breaking boards was fun ^^

Its amazing what excercise in general does for your mind. The body follows the mind, the mind follows the body:) keep it up! We do alot of this in tetsudo, our instructor thought it will be fun doing stuff from the p90 x work out....

I'm a huge advocate for yoga and pilates and always try to incorporate them into my clients workouts. It's funny how they tell me that they feel silly doing a lot of the poses but after a month the majority of them are thankful I convinced them to try it.

I know it's silly, but, you should totally do a follow up of this, just her in a pule, a little 'Grumble grumble' thought bubble over her head, with the little scribbles in it. Cause she's adorable, and that would double the adorableness ^^
