So this is the post-flight pic. I threw the plane up a little too much, it stalled, it nose dived. The motor is strong enough to pull it vertical but the wings start to flutter/flap like a bird at full speed, so I made the stupid mistake of cutting throttle. Just as I did that a gust of wind blew it over and I was reliving my PE class when we would play dodgeball and I was the last man standing, except I was dodging a 2lb plane with spinning props that are sharp enough to draw blood. The gopro worked perfectly and caught all of the footage. I won't be uploading it, but I can say that it was cool to watch it in slow motion as the nose broke in half and some small chunks of foam flew from the carnage. I think I'm going to use some Elmer's glue and tape to fix this kindergarten style then try again.
