WELL. As I mentioned in my earlier announcement, these were posted on Weasyl first, then deviantART, which ended up being such a cluster that I never managed to post them here. So I'm sorry, for anyone that was waiting for these to appear! They were all claimed on Weasyl and dA. ;w;
Next time they'll be appearing here on furaffinity first. <3
I am still shocked at the love these lil dudes get, and as always, thank you so much for your comments and support! uwu <3
Species Info
Tufted Trexes are a species of theropod dinosaur that originated in the cold, snowy tundra of the far north, which is why they’re covered in insulating fluff! The tufts on their head are not true ears but bunches of feathers that they can move around like ears to better collect sound. They are large, intelligent, carnivorous predatory animals that tend to travel in packs in the wild, though they are known to be loners as well. Some of them have been tamed and bred to be a wide variety of colors, builds and temperaments. Like big cats, they have an unpredictable prey drive and their handlers have to be careful around them—wild tufties should absolutely never be approached. However, the tamed and domesticated breeds can be ridden by the daring.
