I needed a break from my film, and my breaks are usually spent trying to unlock all the concept art in DKC returns. I unlocked the shark concept earlier today and decided to try and speedpaint him. I want to get back into painting after this film, and it's been a while since I last painted something, I felt this would be a good way of shaking off the dust. I'm not super happy with how it turned out, but I want to get into the habit of not spending days on one thing and setting a time limit. I figure this will encourage me to focus less on details and more on big picture stuff, maybe get me to improve more quickly. I dunno, it just felt good to work on something that isn't film related.
