I remember that picture :), and other people have mentioned that to me as well. It was not my intention to copy his work at all, the idea just came to me, and I decided to make my own imagery of "thirst"
I was looking at a Chinese painting collection book by Lui Sang Wang, and saw an image of a leopard drinking from a pool. Recalled a biblical story of Jesus talking to the woman by the well, and this image clicked in place.
I really enjoy the POV shot of the hands going away from the viewer and offering to the "stranger" in ZEN's work. For me I was just thinking of water as a precious resource, that not every one has the luxury to access it in some parts of the world. I guess in any case, water is precious, and when able, should be shared when in need.
