I have a lot of issues that I thought were getting better, but here I am back to feeling like I did when I lived with my exes. I hate myself and I want to die, and I feel very alone and trapped. I don't know what to do.

I am not looking sympathy, I don't really know if I want to talk about it. I just hate feeling like this and I want it to stop.
