Way of the Golden Knot:
The Church of the Golden Knot and its deific entity, The Grand Weaver, was once a widespread religion that built churches, shelter and spiritual aid for the people of the community all across Olgantha as warrior priests traveled the roads to protect the innocent from passing monsters and brigands. After a sudden shift in the structure of the church and violence among dissident supporters and challengers of the church’s attempt at a power grab two hundred years ago, the religion crumbled to its foundations and the grand hall in now Leipolapolis was sacked and burned, their followers persecuted and its clerics went into hiding, masquerading as followers of Phio, Garn or Agdolis. Even before the Day of Radiance, a resurgence in the Golden Knot’s philosophy had led to many new nephilim (as they call themselves) taking up the tabard, attempting to keep the roads safe in a world seemingly on the verge of desperation. They believe that all the universe, both gods and mortals, are all "coalesced" together in the same web.
A form of prostration to the Grand Weaver in her glory is through literal restraint. One technique learned from the gnomes called "shibari" is especially popular. Typically these are performed by a priestess-aspect of Her in direct sessions to get Closer, or between partners before making love. For those that believe the Way of the Golden Knot, only those that can relinquish control to those they trust are truly free, truly embraced by Her. Children conceived from these practices are said to be intrinsically Bound to the Grand Weaver and will be guaranteed a place among the stars when they grow old and die. The Grand Weaver cares not who Her followers fall in love with, only that their bonds are strong, strong enough to leave a mark.
The world is connected. Bring others together and remind them of the bonds tying all of mankind together in the common goal of realization.
The stars hold the key. Like the constellation in the sky, life is a beautiful tapestry highlighted with pin points of brightness interconnected. Seek these moments of epiphany and share them with others so they may learn from them as you have.
 The Grand Weaver plucks the weak strands. Seek out those who intend to destabilize the fabric of society and cut them out of the pattern. It will strengthen the whole.
