Now those creepy eyes are on a lumpy head! Another tiny step towards WORLD DOMINATION! Or towards a crappy furry avatar creation thing. Whatever.
So, the UI is much better behaved now. The eyes look kinda wrong when they get all squooshed to the side of the head. Am I aiming too high with the free rotation thing? Maybe. I guess we'll see, when I try to put more bits on the head.

Yeah.. there's an easily estimatable limit for the sides and top and bottom, but the diagonal limit is much more dynamic, where expression and eye roundness move where that is. I thought about the math involved to find it, and it was hard, so I gave up. Yay laziness!
you stare at the mirror and move it or your head around.
you'll get a general idea or estimate of how far your eyes can go.
but i do get where you're going with this, and chances are that if you can't see anything when you roll up your eyes, people can't see your iris either

Well, when I roll my eyes up, I see the ceiling. :P But I don't know, I just felt that if you're trying to capture the way eyes move at a certain angle, then moving the mirror or your head around into different angles so that you can see your eyes might kind of skew the results. I could be wrong though.
looks really tight, the new options for iris type are fun to play with!! did you try using some trig to wrap the eyes around the head a bit? i've had to use that kind of trig a lot for my oC emulator, as well as some geometric games i made in the past... so if you need any help with the math for this kind of stuff, send me a message

It's really nice as a learning tool of how to convey emotions since it really really does an amazing job at that. However, for it to look convincing when rotating the head, you should find a way to emulate the depth of the eyeball and brow, since it behaves as a flat texture as it is.
This is more epic than anything I could have ever done.
One minor complaint: Just how many degrees of rotation does that head have? I feel like there's an extra dimension created just to hold the massive expanse of the back of the head. The center mark doesn't show up until I go around at LEAST 120 degrees.
That could prove to be problematic if you ever expanded on this.

Like everyone else has said, freaking AWESOME! I can only imagine all the time thats gone into making this, oh man D8
Just an idea, maybe you could include horizontal pupils, like that of a goat? http://farm1.static.flickr.com/67/2.....2cb07f257d.jpg
