Bomb, resin:
Resin bombs, or “sticky” bombs, are similar to iron bombs but with thinner casks wrapped in wool or leather satchels that are covered in a sticky resin that adheres to virtually all surfaces. The user need only make a touch attack to a target (square, object, or creature) and it will stick--provided they don’t accidentally stick themselves or an ally--and detonate in 2 turns, or immediately if damaged by fire or firearms. Wet resin bombs have a 50% chance to fall to the ground after hitting a target or rolling forward 1d4-1 square if the target is a horizontal surface. A stuck target needs to make a Grace check equal to the thrower’s Explosives to hit +5. If someone attempts to remove it by force (Strength check), the check is the same but the bomb will instead be stuck to the hand of whoever removed it.
A critical hit by a resin bomb stuck to a limb has a 50% chance to cripple that limb. Often, sticky bombs are attached to a length of cord to make it easier to throw. Even with this attachment (if there is one at all), the weapon is awkward to use and as such takes a 5ft penalty to its throw range. On a roll of 3, the thrower accidentally sticks the bomb to themselves.
