Gee, Dale, I never thought of that. Maybe it's because it takes half an hour to talk Gadget into wearing a dress? Or maybe it's because you always have a skirt on the second I say the word 'disguise'?
(Yeah, it's not really fair.. I think we saw Gadget in a dress twice, same as Dale. But who ever said Chip is fair?)
