Personal history: Anton Katz was born in a science lab in the heart of the southern Florida memorial complex as a test to see if human DNA could be bettered if combined with animal DNA. After years his “parents” were successful in combining tiger DNA with human, the end result was Anton. Anton came out looking like most normal children except for his extraordinary strength, smelling sense and sight, even though he didn’t like to use them. Being regulated to being a bookworm he loved to study military and interstellar culture as a child, but being such he was bullied and teased constantly. One day when he was 11 and after he got out of the library and was walking home, he was ambushed by a gang of bullies and chased and cornered. After being screamed at and pushed he finally crawled into a corner to try and protect himself, that’s when one of the bullies began to beat him . With the blood starting to flow, Anton screamed a fierce and loud yell for help and the bullies realizing what they have done scattered. After a few seconds, two Starfleet security officers who heard the call came rushing to find Anton passed out and bloody. They called for a emergency med evac and after a few hours he was back home, a little worse from wear and tear, and After that day he didn’t just go to the library, he also goes to the gym and worked. At the age of 14, he was practicing his self-defense technique(a combine of krav-maga, savate and shoalin-fist) at the local gym when he saw a betazoid/klingon girl sitting at the side of the gym. “hello” Anton said “I’m Anton Katz, it’s a pleaser to meet you”. the girl, Nadera Mahr looked up at him and studied him. Anton looked back and smiled as he said “are you thirsty?” and he gestured over at the replicater “I can go get you something?” and with that the two became close friends, training and tutoring one another. At the age of 18, Anton applied for the Starfleet academy and was accepted. Before he left for the academy he gave Nadera a farewell hug and set-off for the academy. While at the academy, Anton excelled at tactics and defense, he also repeatedly broke record on simulators for defense against almost impossible odds, coming close to beating James t. kirks scores. After graduating in 2367 and getting assigned to the security team of the u.s.s Dubois, they were sent out immediately to join a fleet of 40 ships a wolf 359. Unknown to him at the time that what awaited them there was nothing less on a massacre. When they arrives at there station and awaited, Anton when to the security chief there and asked “do you know what we gonna fight” and with a grim look form the chief’s face and a grunt voice he replied “the Borg”. after a few minutes of nervousness, Anton heard the rang of red alert and rushed to his station, the left dorsal phaser banks. After a few minutes of fierce fighting, the ship took a hit and a power relay near Anton exploded and sent shrapnel flying killing two and leavening a nasty scar over Anton’s right eye. Anton managed to get to the bridge to witness the butchery of the other 39 federation ship’s. as he watched on he knelt down and cried and he wailed in the misery of the knowledge he couldn’t save his fellow Starfleet comrades. After that battle, Anton swore that any borg ship he came across when he had a command, he would utterly destroy, thus his deep seeded hatred for the borg had been planted. After three years of exemplary service on board the Dubois, he was chosen be the new captain of the u.s.s Excelsior to serve as his new first officer, becoming one of the most youngest xo is Starfleet history. During his time on the excelsior, he usually kept to his duties and did little to bond with the crew, but under a suggestion(more of an order) from the captain he was to make at least a acquaintance of one of the crewmen. So as Anton strolled though the ship he entered the science lab and saw a rather young enhanced hippo. He walked over and tapped him on his shoulder and asked “hello, what is you name” the hippo realizing who was asking got up and stood attention as he spurted out “ensign Kevin Quarton” Anton smiled as he replied back in a eased tone “it’s ok I just want to talk a bit” Kevin looked back with a curious look on his face as he said “ok” and after a few minutes they became fast friends. Anton served brilliantly on the excelsior during the dominion war, racking up almost two hundred and thirty confirmed kills to his belt. after the war and a short time off on earth, and on December 25, 2375, he was contacted by Starfleet command and was offered command of the newly built, sovereign-class battleship the U.S.S. Victoria. Without delay he accepted under the terms of Nadera Mahr be made his first officer and chief of security and allowed to chose and train a special team of his own design. After look thru his crew manifest and request to become crew men he spotted his colleague, Kevin Quarton applying, after thinking and checking Anton took him as his head science officer. He also spotted a wulfen applying for the chief medical position, her name was shina uzami, and she was noted as having be one of the most skilled officers around, and without a hesitation choose her. After a few days of accepting and rejecting, he finally was finished with his crew selection and submitted it. He laid down to rest that night and the next morning is when or story starts……
