Dark Doran - Wakey Wakey
Suppose you wake up in the middle of the night to find yourself staring up at this view.
It means you're probably an enemy of Dark Doran, or the unfortunate individual he's chosen for his most recent prey. Or possibly just somebody he likes and you're into paws and he feels like being nice to you in his own special scary kind of way.
Either way, you're probably in for a rather rough night beneath that booted paw.

Heheheh. ^^ I don't generally go too far down the road of gore and extreme violence myself so I'm unlikely to go there in my art, but, well... Dark Doran is a bit scary. So depending on his mood. anything is possible! ;) At least those boots would help keep his paws clean...
*grins* It's a fair point. My fantasies and the art I'll happily look at and fave go further than what I'm eager to draw just now. I like to keep my gallery from getting -too- scary, but looking into the future anything is possible.
And if anyone could appreciate the satisfaction to be had in taking thing a bit 'too far'... Dark Doran seems like he would be one.

*murrs* Sounds very interesting. About the only downside is that Dark Dorey doesn't come to the lab - he waits 'til you're sleeping and forces the experiments on you. *snickers* But you know... after the initial terror of waking up to that face faded, having that spicy set of toes pushed down on my face wouldn't be an entirely bad way to wake up.... in a forced science sort of way. :3
Heee. Yeah, very much... though I suppose it would only work for some people. If you're a bank employee that's been jerking me around for weeks or an idiot cell phone lady who walks in front of my car and causes a collision, I don't think I'd want hugs from those people. They might just get stomped on and rar'd at even if they attempted hugs. ;D
That glow is absolutely terrifying coupled with that face, yikes! Can't say I'd really love to wake up to that huge dragon looming over me (admittedly I'd probably piss myself a little, that face is scary as hell!). However, big stompy dragons are a plus in my book, and this a another, very cool-looking picture with that glowing contrast.
Although I must ask, where is the viewer supposed to be situated as far as perspective? Doesn't detract at all, maybe it's just my just-got-out-of-bed-still-not-awake mind being unable to work out the angle...

Hehe, I'd probably do the same! o..o I am rather pleased with how scary that face came out. So yeah, waking up to this would terrify me too...
But yes, big stompy dragons are still good. ;D And I'm glad you're liking the glowy sort of style! I will admit I'm having fun with it myself. ^^ It seems to fit well with the whole Dark Doran thing, so it's a theme I'll keep with the 'character.'

Mmmmf, yes I very much believe it would be... I pictured these boots as having pretty soft while still treaded soles. So you know, you get to feel everything that's going on under that boot and have some comfortable flexibility to mould to the shape of whatever you're stepping on and wrap around it a bit, but they have enough texture to feel nicely intense and overwhelming to whoever is under there too. Probably cause some damage if you want to. Because it's always good to have options! These are boots that can be either gentle or brutal. ^^
*sniggers* Maaaaaaaaaaaaaybe... Let's be honest, Pretty much all the artwork I do is for myself first and foremost, I draw what makes me happy. Buuuuuuuuuuut it's nice making people happy too! I just draw the kind of stuff I'd want to see more of myself. ;)

It's something that continues to delight me how I've managed to find so many neat people around here who share similar interests to myself. ^^ Makes it fun to share!
And yes, I rather wonder what else he'll get up to as well! I've still got a few ideas kicking around, but the three of him I've drawn so far are the images that were bugging me the most to get out. So at this point I'm not sure!

Haaah... I certainly would not mind that one bit. XD
If one presses down hard enough, my armor layer can crack and leak a Mercurial goo. That would basically be my guts, comprised of trillions of nanobots arranged in a sort of fluid state. I can intentionally weaken said armor layer for moments like this, if I know the one crushing me wouldn't be alarmed by nanite slime splattering everywhere. XP

*laughs and patpats* I figured you might approve. ;D Though yeah, I can see how that's a bit difficult with the darkness. Most of what's to the viewer's left of the big scary paw is body, most of what's to the right is background. But I figured it sorta worked to leave it a bit vague and uncertain given that the idea was you waking up in the middle of the night in a dark room to see that. ^^
