I like how the background is actually involved with not only the picture itself, but also the character, swirling around before clumping behind him, thus making him more prominent. The way the swirl appears gives a feeling of a cloud, fitting the avian them even more. Then again, the feathers also fit the theme, yet, due to their appearance of being writing pens, also fit the anthropormised crow, too (given how writing is a human acitiviy while crows being associated with literature).
The crow-man is something that you would expect: classy yet brooding and probably creepy. (Then again, this is not necessarily a bad thing; crows lend themselves to such a characterisation that somehow works together nicely.) What I fin disturbing is how his eyes are formed; you would think that theya re glasses, but a closer look tells that they are organic, merely oddly-shaped. His suit also appears to be melting. Despite the 'dark' feel, you still made his body and clothes (alongside a few of the pen-feathers) shiny, yet still belnding with the atmosphere of the picture. One final comment is that he has a handsome beak.
