I really hate it when I get a Kung Fu Panda request....like honestly, I hope this is the last one I ever get. From now on, I'm gonna do the smart thing and say NO to any future Kung Fu Panda requests.

It's not so much Kung Fu Panda in general as it is the huge amount of attention around it when it comes to this site, and what Nickelodeon has done to it. I will say that I enjoy the movies, my personal favorite being Kung Fu Panda 2. However every time I get a request to draw something Kung Fu Panda related, it's different. If I CAN'T draw it to where the characters are a least somewhat recognizable, then it could look off, and considering how my artwork look and my drawing style for digital work, that tends to be more of a chore. And it help that I also had to draw Tigress, who is an example of "too much detail to design" for me. It was a hassle trying to memorize where each stripe would go, and I STILL think I messed up somewhere. In fact, Between Po, Shifu, Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey, at least HALF of them have a design so accurate that I could tell just by looking at them, that it would be a near nightmare to draw them. However, I ended getting multiple requests to draw Po and Tigress, and with alterations to their sizes, which I wasn't even used to doing at the time. This eventually led to several hand cramps and I ended up having to say no to finishing the other request. Not to mention (And I didn't tell 
Fritsle beforehand, despite having a conversation with him over this) the fact that I enjoyed the 2nd movie, but now with these requests, I started disliking it because of how much of an annoyance the series became to me. And Nickelodeon didn't do much to make it any better, with a pretty lame spin-off TV show (Seriously, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda, two Dreamworks movie series and Nick completely fucked them both up, turning them into laughing stocks! And Cartoon Network has How to Train your Dragon and they made it shine like the sun!)
