Mighty-anne's 10-year-old sister Poochy-anne. The two of them don't really have a good relationship. Poochy-anne is impressed by her sister and wants desperately to take over her job. Mighty-anne just wants to go home. Because of their conflicting goals, the two of them are constantly arguing over semantics.

Poochy-anne has a huge scar on her face, and is ambivalent about it.
