Management at the airport were worried over the increase in fires due to the new recruits negligence in handling the flammable fuels and expensive aircraft's, so it was decided that a water tank was needed in case of emergencies. Problem was due to budget cuts they didn't have a container large enough to store the water needed for the place. Until now...
