This is one of the first minis out of my half of the Reaper Bones kickstarter pack that I painted. I was a bit nervous to jump right into painting characters, so John the zombie and a bat swarm were good ways for me to ease into working with the new mini-material. And I LOVE how this one turned out! I know, I know, at best it'll be a game set piece, but I'm considering taking a few summon swarm spells with my next druid just so I can get this one out and put it on the table!
