I have my ups and downs, but I'm coping. Galen and I are heading to Massachusetts for the funeral this weekend.

Things have been tough lately, but I'm coping. I hope the academy is treating you well.

Well it's basically boot camp part 2. I'm pretty confident that I can make it, I did it once 22 years ago. But I'm no where near as flexible as I was at 18, and things seem to hurt a little bit more now. But as the song says, "I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was".
