Yeah I know its just...odd cuz you wouldn't expect to suit as a Pokemon that can only use Harden, unless you evolved it from Caterpie, and can't really do much.
But if you think about, suiting as something like this, would be like getting in a sleeping bag, only after you zip it up, your stuck in there and have no way of getting out unless while your the Pokemon, you evolve as a Butterfree and unsuit then.
Way I see it for Misty...she isn't gonna get out of that suit anytime suit :P

Or she'll prolly find someone who suits as a Pokemon and helps her get the suit off, cuz even though she was a Metapod and it was a suit, she would still be wearing a suit if she evolves so she just needs help taking the Buttefree on off because of the obvious tiny hands she would have XD
