It is very difficult to make every character in poser look unique since you mostly use the same base model but it is possible.
I'm giving my best on using different base models and creating their faces and the angles they are shot in in a way they become more unique and not repetitive. You need some tools for that, too. If you see my first pics you'll notice all my characters have very similar faces
