Bio:
Peter Delarg is a cartoon rabbit who was adopted by human parents and raised in a human exclusive environment. He grew up without knowing how toons acted, or their culture so he is confused most of the time when immersed in the wacky world of toons.

At a young age he was stricken with "MACS" (Modular Animated Character Syndrome) which is a mental condition where a cartoon has either lost their sense of humor through strong traumatic stress or has never gained a sense of humor through over exposure to humans and their culture during their developmental years. The major side effect is the difficulty in keeping their body parts together.

Peter became a witness to a murder which this lead to the introduction of Carl Cougar, a toon detective. Eventually Peter would befriend Carl and join the force as a Special Investigator.

Personality:
Peter is timid most of the time, especially around other toons, as they tend to confuse him. When in his element of human culture he loosens a little and tends to be more relaxed but still polite, and still tells terrible jokes.
