A wonderful new character designed by the wonderful <3!

His name is Lucan, and he is a prince, a real asshole which treat his society like crap and could not care less then to let some of his subject die~<3 Maybe he is not the king (yet), but he does act like he is most of the time~

More will be known later on, I just love the design so much, it is /sure/ I will draw that cutie more <3
