Mad Draconic Scientist (fursuit equipment)
After becoming one in the ranks of many many fursuiters a year ago, I finally got first hand experience with just how much of a total bitch suiting can be once you have done 1-2 short outings. Your suit can get dirty, but you can at least wipe or wash that away gently. But how about once you have been out on the dance floor and your suit becomes more damp than a Arizona truckers ass crack in july? Unless you are lucky enough to be at a con that at bare minimum has some box fans or at best has some convenient custom made fursuit driers generously provided (but tend to get pretty full and never available when you need :/ ) you are SOL and have to resort to draping your fursuit parts all over your room to air dry.
With all that in mind and me very much being a DIY kinda dragon who loves to build his own equipment I took it upon myself to build some personal drying units for use by me and my friends at cons. A friend of mine was really awesome and gave me the 2-barrel fans that I used to make the head/ paw driers (the two big units respectively), If it wasn't for him I would be still using my "Beta" unit which was build off some old computer fans and a old speaker box (ghetto kludging at its finest). So thank you very much Brandon! ^.=.^ How these units work is each barrel of this 120v AC fan is hooked up to a pipe that feeds either the paw sleeves (the two white ventilated tubes) or the fursuit head drier (the back ventilated "cup") they can dry a head and a set of paws in mere minutes due to the sheer air volume!
The other two little devices built from coat hangars are (no surprise ) my hanging suit driers, these are built from the CPU fan of some old Dell Dimension desktops because their fans were made ridiculously over engineered and when hooked up straight to a 12v source would run at their maximum, loud as fuck but they push an amazing amount of air! Not much too these units but it goes without saying that they can blast a damp suit dry in minutes!

I know right? Just odd fortune that they are the most insanely powerful PC styled fans I have come across so far and with relative abundance since I have dealt with sooo many dead Dells with those fans, I got FOUR more just sitting and waiting to be used no counting the two in this pic haha. XD
