The long-awaited evolution for Ellissa is here at last! Or at least, the way Ellissa was meant to be, originally...

Many of you know, Ellissa had actually evolved four years ago in 2010. That creation I called "Procyeon," and was created with the help of a friend of mine who drew what I envisioned. However... despite how pleased I was with Procyeon's design, I felt at heart I cheated Ellissa of what I had in mind for her, for many years. I'm still uncertain as how to explain how she would evolve again, or de-evolve for that matter. No matter what ideas I've had, none seemed to fit the bill, and it only causes more confusion to others to know that Ellissa is now a Jolteon, and not a Procyeon.

Done on Bristol pad, with Micron pens, Prismacolor markers, Copic markers, Prismacolor pencils, with minor touchup's done in Gimp.
