Ok no more bull shitting now I've finished one of the characters for pulsers so backstory for you

Name: Ashley Sertingue AKA Boom
Pulse Ability: Flight
Age:16
Nationality: Hispanic
Mutation: Feline Ears
Limitations: Can move at the speed of Mach 1, NRF is trying to use her ability to reach the speed of light
Background Info: A child of 3, considered the middle child of a 22 year old elder sister and a 13 year old brother. After the NovaWave she developed the beat ability of levitation when beat abilities were considered uncommon, she was shunned by her family and peers when her ability was known.

Was beaten by Anti-Pulsers when she tried to save a mutated cat from being tortured, returning to her home she was insulted and feared by her siblings and parents.
Crying into her room and contemplating suicide she had a handful of sleeping pills and alcohol and before taking the pills the mutated cat limped onto her window and climbed into her room hugging the cat in her moment of sadness her pulser ability of flight activated.
After her ability activated a few weeks later her ears had shifted to her head and developed into a feline look scared of her family and peers she wears hats to cover her ears not only one hat but many different hats.

From the realization of her new ability and mutations she was one of the many original pulsers that dawned that day, her parents noticed that her power was growing so they contacted NRF (Nova Response Force) to quarantine her.
