It's like Piko fell asleep some where and woke up all dressed up and probably in the middle of a gamers convention. XD He's not bothered at all but more of a passive curiosity.
His outfit is Final Fantasy XIV inspired. And he has trouble sleeping without his stuffed frog... even as an adult. XD ( I'm having too much fun drawing him all grown up and grumpy. XD )
