The World of the Dreamlands is of course, Unknown Kadath itself, the sunset city which inspired Carter's journey through the Dreamlands in the "Dream Quest" by HPL. Perhaps it's the last card, but, perhaps it's the first. . . and in regards to this series of cards, it is the last. Until I get around to drawing the Minor Arcana, which is slated to happen in the near-ish future.
