Using a clean muck bucket a 10 pound of sulfur powder, and a gallon of mineral oil... mix into a paste and working it in deep into the feathers - applying like a poultice... you let sit for an hour, wash and you got show-white feathers.
That's doing it Old-School.
I'm sure there are things that work just as good out there, but I use what I know works.

The wood powder works great (use light colored wood) Put it in a big tub and place the hoof in it and rub it into the feathers against the hair. Let it dry for 30-60 minutes depending on weather and just trot them down a hard surface like an isle for 20-30 feet....done! Poofy and wavy feathers.
