hehe, all of my races exist somewhere in the Milky Way Galaxy, though I can't say exactly where, simply because I don't have an intimate knowledge of astronomy. I would imagine they are probably somewhere in the neutral space area that isn't controlled by either Foxes OR Wolves. For reference, Earth is also somewhere in that area, (that's so I can avoid involving humans in my story). ;p

What if humans were both the foxes and the wolves? Shapeshifting technology was made, sides were chosen, and thousands of years later, the two most common species waged war on each other. It makes sense, considering human nature...

Humans aren't the only species that battle each other. Conflict is pretty much nature in general. On Earth, humans are simply better at killing each other than most other known creatures. I imagine pretty much any two species that achieved sentience and then had reasons to disagree would wage war on each other.
