I decided to practice some gurgly-stomach-sound related techniques, and this is the end result: seven minutes of gurgles, groans, glorps, and so forth.
Since it's nothing but digestion, I managed to make it loop (almost) perfectly. Presuming you have a music player that doesn't have to pause to load, it should be able to play endlessly without interruption!
Now, back to commissions we go!
