I love the eyes, Scribs! What did you use to blend them all shiny like that?

the main tool i use in this [[[fyi i use the progran SAI]]] i use the lineart tool to actually color them fully. like one flat blue. then get a darker blushe shading them with the darkest at the top. then i take a lighter blue than the base and do a streak or two around the bottom to show light coming into the eye. then add a few spots of white to show fhe eye reflecting light (aka the sparkle) :3
