To be honest, the start of the year is quite shitty for me.
I know there's worse, but I lost my job and the doubts for the future are back again.

The first picture this year should be something I'd be proud of. I wanted to challenge myself. Force myself to produce something that shows I can still do it.
I really had doubts I could manage to finish anything I start because I just give up everytime I'm halfway there. And that somehow became a general mental attitude of mine.
I approached everything upfront here - lighting, shading, atmosphere, background, clouds, color...always things that make me fail.
But I think that I - somehow - succeeded. At least I improved a bit, which is more than I expected from myself.
I'm proud of this picture (even though it's probably too dark again on most screens? Tell me please..). It was a lot of work, many many hours for stuff other people make in 6 hours or so.
But heck. At least I finished it.
