When you are deployed out of area, you are usually part of a Strike Team, In this Photo, this is just part of my Strike Team consisting of Hornsby, Warringah-Pittwater and Gosford area firetrucks, the two front trucks are Cat 7 trucks, an older version from Gosford/Empire Bay, and the newer version from my Brigade (I don't need to say what my brigade is as it is in another photo) Behind that is one of our Cat 1 Trucks from the Berowra Brigade.... A Cat 1 can weigh 16 ton when it is full of water (it's 13 ton without water). Missing in this picture is the other part of our strike team, Narara 1 and Mangrove 7. we were parked on this Fire Trail while we waited tasking from our DivCom (Divisional Commander)
