Heres a bee hive i found hanging from a tree limb near the lab i work at. Im pretty positive its completely been abandoned and im planning on taking the comb nest panels down to preserve them.

Yeah thats why i wanna try to get it down to keep, ive seen my fair share of wild hornet nests, yellow jacket nests and so on but ive never seen anything to do with bees besides those bee boxes i usually see on farms. From what i could see it looks kinda old so i imagine it hasnt had bees for a while and its gotten very cold this year we actually got heavy sleet today.....very unusual for south Ga o.o
