You might probably be wondering who's that little shiny rascal on the left there.
He's name is Sleek. Sleek the Silver Fox to be more precise.
He started out as a mascot–statue, most probably in some amusement park or something like that. Back then he was nothing more than just a simple ornament made out of silver for people to admire. For many years he stood there, while people passing by enjoyed his presence there. As time passed all the positive emotions that he evoke in people – love, joy and happiness slowly soaked into the metal statue. Somehow he became sentient.
He continued his existence, loving every single moment of being admired and liked by those who saw him. He didn't mind at all being just an inanimate object – he was happy. At some point he made quite the amusing discovery of being able to actually move. Seeing the endless possibilities of meeting new people and enjoying the freedom of movement he decided to venture out into the big world.
As you can see Sleek himself is a cute little silver fox with a big-o heart. He's friendly, cuddly and positive to the extreme. He enjoys nothing more than just giving everyone a big hug. That however creates a wee problem when paired with a certain “ability” he possess...
Any living being that he touches turns into silver. Unfortunately the affected person does not have the comfort of being able to move at all, remaining but a statue. Whether or not Sleek has the ability to control this or does this unaware is hard to determine. He himself doesn't really see this as a bad thing. Since he spent so many years being extremely happy as a statue, he finds it hard to believe someone wouldn't enjoy it too. For him the ability to move is nothing compared to being a beautiful statue of silver and all the admiration you can get
So that's Sleek the Silver Fox.
I had this idea for a character for some time now – a cute little critter, whom can turn anyone into a statue of silver. But rather than malice or some evil intention he does it either unaware or in all best and true intentions, believing that he doesn't do anything bad for the person.
In this picture he wanted to say hello to some walking by cat-person-guy and in a friendly manner tug his tail. Unfortunately (for the cat-guy) this resulted in silverification, as he froze in a rather silly pose. As a sidenote – the affected person is aware of the state and the process is not really painful. It can be described as weird or “stiff”.
Anyways that's mostly it. Will try to use Sleek here more in the future.
The idea of a cute critter being somewhere out there and turning people into silver statues by hugging creates many possibilities, doesn't it
Hope You all like it!

D'awwwww, love Sleeks cute, innocent look; even if I got turned into an inanimate silver statue, wouldn't mind it as much if it was made from love instead of malice. Only hope that even if I have to wait several years, eventually I'd be able to similarly gain the ability to move; as much as I'd like being admired and inspiring positive feelings in others as a statue, I might find it a bit boring being stuck in place years on end.
