(Considering increasing the amount of cybernetics in her design, she already has a fair portion, but 'undercover' mechanical enhancements are a pretty cool concept, and would tie more into her M.A.T.U.S. AI. )

Her world has incredibly advanced military equipment/ships/such, so I see no reason why medical techniques wouldn't be as if not more advanced. I've long imagined her world's society to be focused conquerors and scientists. HIGHLY militaristic, but also with a strong dash of explorer, and lots of scientific and medical involvement. Their aesthetics and art isn't as prominent to other species, but it's highly prevalent if you were to delve into the culture.

This makes me feel like if the medical aspects are so advanced, then cosmestic/biomechanical alterations would also be pretty bitchin.
