Jaguar Askyar never was into feet, he used them for... aheh, walking, standing on them and such footy things. Only after he met Greer he was slooowly brought into the paw fetish, and presenting his bare feet to Greer proved to be quite difficult and embarrassing for the jaguar. How and what could anyone like about a pair of bare feet fresh out of their hiking boots?
Greer quickly showed him how much there is to like about exactly that.
I love how well Kampfer caught Askyar's embarrassment here in this pic. On the one hand wanting to do his buddy a favor and let him have his feet, on the other hand the face shows quite a "What the hell am I doing here?" expression.

I know what you mean here. The first Askyar pics had no pads, then I decided to try pads out. In the end I like the no pads version a tad better, though I do sense the danger of Askyar's feet and Greer's feet looking very similar. But my own taste is "padless", as I don't really like the thought of sniffing pads or the feeling of the rough pads. Then again the personalities of the cat and the snake are very different, so for me things are still interesting.
And after all I think that the personality of a character, his background story and such is still a bit more interesting and important then the feet. : )==<
